Phase 1: Feasibility and Consultation
A member of the IBK team will meet with you to conduct a pre-construction job walk to develop a wish list and overall project vision and goals. Proper planning gets us thinking about the feasibility, logistics, and design criteria of your successful project. After the meeting, we will generate a preliminary budget range based on the project size and complexity. Once you decide to move forward with IBK and the commencement agreement has been approved, we will move into the second phase, Design Development.
Phase 2: Design Development
During this phase, you will be working closely with our design team to finalize all the details of your project. Our design team will effortlessly guide you through the selection process and ease the pain of decision fatigue. The goal is to have everything decided and finalized before we begin construction. At the end of this phase, all details and selections will be complete so we can provide you a fixed cost proposal.
Phase 3: Construction
With a construction deposit and signed contract received, a start date will be tentatively scheduled, and we will begin placing orders. We will have scheduled meetings throughout the project to keep you informed and up-to-date on the progress, and we can answer any questions you may have. At the end of this phase, you will have a beautiful new space!

At IBK, we reflect on the requirements, preferences, and vision of each client and incorporate ways to maximize budgets and minimize the project timeline. With that, the following provides an average timeline and budget that can be expected for a remodeling project in your home. These numbers can vary depending on the size and scope of your project, as well as many other key components that can play into them.
